Upton Blues Festival 2024 Programme. Set in the beautiful worcestershire riverside town of upton upon severn, upton blues festival has grown from a small event in 2002 in just a couple of pubs with only 19 gigs into a festival that fills the town with many thousands of music fans, two main stages, an acoustic stage and thirteen pub venues creating over 160 free. Our goal as a charity is to bring the best of live blues to the people of upton and its visitors through the delivery of the award winning festival and, where surplus funds exist, to provide additional activities which support the charities objects.
